Asking us to delete your data

You can ask Sovereign Water to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This covers enquiries and quotes, account details, newsletter sign-ups, and messages you have sent us on Facebook or Instagram.

How to ask

1. Email sales@sovereignwater.co.uk with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Tell us the name and email address you used with us. If you messaged us on Facebook or Instagram, include the name of your profile so we can find the conversation.
3. We will confirm that we have your request, and we may ask you to prove it is really you before we delete anything.

What happens next

• We delete the information we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
• Messages sent to our Facebook Page or Instagram account also sit inside Meta’s own systems. We will remove our copy of the conversation. To remove yours, use the delete option in Messenger or Instagram, or Meta’s own privacy tools.
• We may need to keep a limited record where the law requires it, for example invoices and tax records for a purchase. We will tell you if that applies.
