This website is operated by Sovereign Water for our customers across the UK. By using it you accept these terms. The content is provided for general information about our products and services and is updated regularly, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current at all times.

Quotes, orders and pricing
- Some products, such as RoyalFlow residential taps, can be bought and paid for online (see Buying online below). Other systems and services are arranged through our team: you send an enquiry, we confirm specification, pricing, delivery and installation with you directly.
- Prices shown on the site, including calculator outputs, are indicative from-rates in GBP and are confirmed in your written quotation.
- A quotation becomes a binding order only when you accept it and we confirm it.
Buying online
These terms apply when you buy and pay for a product on this website. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we email you its order confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 3–4 weeks from your order. We contact you to book a delivery date (and installation, if you ordered it). If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your right to cancel
If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by emailing sales@sovereignwater.co.uk with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them). You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not as described. We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled more than needed to inspect them.
Installation
If you ask us to install within the cancellation period and then cancel, we may charge for the installation work already done.
Warranty
Products bought online carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from delivery.
Faulty goods
Nothing here affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Product information
Product specifications, capacities and performance figures are based on manufacturer data and our engineering experience. Actual performance depends on your water quality and usage, which is why we survey your site before specifying. Images are illustrative.
Warranty and servicing
Systems we supply carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty from installation (from delivery for products bought online) unless your quotation states otherwise. Warranty cover depends on the system being serviced and maintained as recommended, which our Comprehensive Maintenance plans handle for you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in relation to any supply is limited to the value of that supply as set out in your quotation and contract.
Intellectual property
The Sovereign Water name, crown mark and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. Third-party brand names shown (including BRITA, Everpure, Pentair, Manitowoc and Zip) belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe the genuine products we supply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
