Which water dispenser for which office
Start with how many people use one dispense point, and when. A kitchen that fills up at lunch needs more cooling than one used steadily through the day.
Up to about 25 people
A compact water dispenser for the office kitchen. The BRITA Top Compact serves 5 to 25 people with still, chilled and sparkling water. A countertop CrownFlow takes 33 cm of worktop and delivers up to 100 cups of chilled water an hour.
Roughly 20 to 100 people
The BRITA Top Pro comes in two cooling outputs, 50 L/h for 10 to 60 users or 85 L/h for 20 to 100. If you also want hot water, the BRITA Extra C-Tap gives five waters from one tap for 20 to 100 people.
50 people and up
The BRITA Fill Pro and Fill T-Tap serve 50 to 250 people and fill two bottles at once.
Floor-standing, countertop or under-sink tap
The same office water cooler can often go more than one way. The choice is usually about worktop space, and whether you want the machine on show.
Countertop
Sits on the worktop next to the sink. The Top Compact, Top Pro, Fill Pro and CrownFlow are all countertop units, and each can move to an optional base cabinet if the worktop is already full.
Floor-standing
For corridors and receptions with no worktop to spare. The BRITA Top Compact comes as a slim floor model, and the other countertop units above become floor-standing on their base cabinets.
Under-sink tap systems
Only the tap shows. The cooling and dispensing technology sits below the counter. The BRITA Extra C-Tap, Extra I-Tap and Fill T-Tap work this way, and so does the RoyalFlow S1 on its 23 cm wide under-counter unit.
Chilled, sparkling and hot options
Chilled water is standard on almost every filtered water dispenser here. Sparkling and hot depend on the model.

A hot and cold water dispenser can replace the office kettle. The BRITA Extra C-Tap has anti-scald protection on its hot water.

Install, filters and servicing
Survey and install
We check the water supply and power at the dispense point, then fit, connect and commission the unit with our own engineers.
Filters on plan
Every unit filters the water at the point of use. Cartridges are changed on a schedule set by your water and usage, so the water tastes the same all year.
Planned servicing
Our maintenance plans cover planned service visits from every 3 months, priority call-out and a valid manufacturer warranty.

What is the best water dispenser for an office?
The one sized to your headcount and the waters people want. For a small kitchen of 5 to 25 people, the BRITA Top Compact or a countertop CrownFlow. For a busy floor, the BRITA Top Pro (up to 100 users) or the Extra C-Tap if you want instant hot from the same tap. For 50 to 250 people, the BRITA Fill Pro or Fill T-Tap.
Is a mains-fed water cooler better than a bottled one for an office?
For most offices, yes. A mains-fed water cooler for the office connects to the cold water supply and filters it at the point of use, so there are no bottle deliveries to book, no bottles to store and no heavy changeovers. Every dispenser on this page is mains-fed.
Can one office water dispenser give hot and cold water?
Yes. The BRITA Extra C-Tap gives chilled, sparkling and instant hot water up to 95 degrees with anti-scald protection. CrownFlow comes in builds with a boiling tank alongside chilled and sparkling, and the RoyalFlow S1 gives boiling, chilled, sparkling and ambient from one tap.
Can we rent or lease an office water dispenser instead of buying?
Yes. You can buy outright, lease or rent. Every dispenser is priced on application, and rental and lease are priced by quote once we know the site, the number of people and the waters you need.
How often do office water dispenser filters need changing?
It depends on your water and how much you use. We set the schedule at the survey, and our maintenance plans run planned service visits from every 3 months, with filters changed on plan so the warranty stays valid.
