About the RoyalFlow CA Smart Tap
The RoyalFlow CA is a commercial-grade smart tap. It gives instant chilled and ambient filtered water from a single touch-button tap, and the tank unit sits under the sink. The datasheet rates the 2.5 litre chilled tank for up to 100 cups an hour. It is made for high-usage commercial sites: offices, commercial kitchens, hospitality and healthcare.

How the RoyalFlow CA Smart Tap works
The datasheet shows four steps from mains to glass: the municipal mains, a treatment system, the chill tank and touch-tap dispense. Mains water passes through treatment if you have specified it, then fills the 2.5 litre chilled tank in the undersink unit. Ambient water is filtered, room-temperature water from the same tap.
An efficiency controller powers the unit down during periods of inactivity. The datasheet says this saves energy without losing responsiveness. The cold side is rated at 0.5 kW on AC 110-220 V at 50/60 Hz.
Treatment is optional and sold separately. The datasheet says it can be customised for regional water profiles, including reverse osmosis where required. For why that matters, see our guide to filtration versus treatment.

Installation and servicing
The undersink unit measures 23 × 43.5 × 39.5 cm (width × depth × height), so check the cabinet before you order. The datasheet lists the scope of supply: the smart tap and undersink unit in S1 or C1 tap shape, the touch-button tap with premium finish options, and the connection fittings for the municipal water supply.
We confirm the tap shape, the finish and the cabinet layout with you at survey. A Sovereign treatment system and a Comprehensive Maintenance plan are optional extras. The survey is chargeable and is credited back if you go ahead.
The unit carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Sovereign Water supplies, fits and services it.
