A sleek, compact countertop dispenser delivering instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water with commercial-grade performance: ideal for offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, healthcare and customer-facing areas.

About the CrownFlow BCS Counter Dispenser
The CrownFlow BCS is a compact countertop dispenser that gives instant boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered water. It has the largest tanks of the countertop builds: 3 litres for boiling, rated 125 cups an hour, and 2.5 litres for chilled, rated 100 cups an hour. A built-in UV module and an NSF-rated build come as standard.
It is made for offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, healthcare and customer-facing areas. For boiling and chilled only, see the CrownFlow BC. To add ambient water on a floor-standing base, see the CrownFlow BCSA. CrownFlow is Sovereign Water's own range, so we supply, fit and service it ourselves.

Typical applications
Who the CrownFlow BCS is for
- Offices and meeting rooms that want boiling, chilled and sparkling water at one point, instead of a kettle, a cooler and bottled fizz. See sparkling water in the office: tap versus bottled.
- Staff kitchens and break areas that need higher volumes, since the tanks are the largest in the countertop range.
- Healthcare and customer-facing areas that want a built-in UV module and a simple touch interface.
- Customer-facing areas, such as reception, with room for a unit 33 cm wide.
- Sites that count energy use, because the unit powers itself down when idle.
How the CrownFlow BCS Counter Dispenser works
Mains water passes through treatment if you have specified it. It then passes the built-in UV module and fills the boiling and chilled tanks. The datasheet gives the boiling tank as 3 litres and the chilled tank as 2.5 litres. You choose boiling, chilled or sparkling on the touch panel.
The hot side is rated at 0.5 kW and the cold side at 0.1 kW, on AC 110/220 V at 50/60 Hz. An efficiency controller powers the system down during inactivity to cut energy use, without affecting readiness.
Sparkling water needs a carbonation supply on site. The datasheet does not describe it, so we confirm the arrangement at survey. Treatment is optional and sold separately, and can include reverse osmosis where the local water calls for it.

Which one should you choose?
CrownFlow comes in several builds on one chassis. We settle the choice at survey, from your headcount, your counter and your water.
CrownFlow BCS
You want boiling, chilled and sparkling on the worktop, with the biggest tanks of the countertop builds.
CrownFlow BC
You want boiling and chilled only, with a 1.5 L boiling tank and a 2 L chilled tank.
CrownFlow BCSA
You want all four waters, with ambient too, and the unit on a storage cabinet to free the worktop.
RoyalFlow BCS Smart Tap
You want the same three waters from a tap on the sink, with the tanks under the counter.
BRITA Top Pro
You have a larger or busier site, up to 100 regular users, and want a BRITA unit.
Installation and servicing
The unit measures 33 × 42 × 42 cm and sits on a worktop. It needs a mains water connection, a power supply and a carbonation supply for the sparkling water. We confirm the layout, the power point and the water connection at survey.
A Sovereign treatment system and a Comprehensive Maintenance plan are optional extras. The survey is chargeable and is credited back if you go ahead.
The unit carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Sovereign Water supplies, fits and services it.

Supplied, installed and serviced across the UK
Across most of southern and eastern England, mains water is very hard. Rain filtering through chalk and limestone dissolves calcium and magnesium, and that scale coats heating elements, so we size every system to your supply and your equipment.
Tell us about your site and what you need the water for. We specify the system, fit it and keep it running under Comprehensive Maintenance.
