CrownFlow BC Counter Dispenser
A sleek, compact countertop dispenser delivering instant boiling and chilled filtered water with commercial-grade performance: ideal for offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, healthcare and customer-facing areas.

About the CrownFlow BC Counter Dispenser
The CrownFlow BC is a compact countertop dispenser that gives instant boiling and chilled filtered water. The datasheet rates the 1.5 litre boiling tank for 75 cups an hour and the 2 litre chilled tank for 100 cups an hour. A built-in UV module adds hygiene at the point of dispense, and the build is NSF-rated.
It is made for offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, healthcare and customer-facing areas, and it can stand in for both the kettle and the water cooler. For chilled and ambient only, see the CrownFlow CA. For sparkling as well, see the CrownFlow BCS. CrownFlow is Sovereign Water's own range, so we supply, fit and service it ourselves.

Typical applications
Who the CrownFlow BC is for
- Offices and meeting rooms that want boiling and chilled water at one point, so they can drop the kettle. See our comparison of an instant boiling water tap and a kettle.
- Staff kitchens with space on the worktop for a unit 330 mm wide.
- Healthcare and customer-facing areas, where the datasheet points to the built-in UV module for added water hygiene.
- Sites that count energy use: the unit powers itself down when nobody is using it.
- Buyers who want treatment in the package, since the unit can be paired with a Sovereign treatment system.
How the CrownFlow BC Counter Dispenser works
The datasheet sets out four steps from mains to glass: the mains feed, optional treatment, UV with boiling and chilling, and touch-button dispense. Mains water passes through treatment if you have specified it. It then passes the built-in UV module and fills the 1.5 litre boiling tank and the 2 litre chilled tank.
The hot side is rated at 0.5 kW and the cold side at 0.1 kW, so 0.6 kW in total, on AC 110/220 V at 50/60 Hz. An efficiency controller powers the system down during periods of inactivity. The datasheet says this cuts energy use without affecting readiness.
Treatment is optional and sold separately. The datasheet says a Sovereign treatment system can be tailored to local water conditions, including reverse osmosis options. For why that matters, see our guide to filtration versus treatment.

Which one should you choose?
CrownFlow comes in several builds on one chassis. We settle the choice at survey, from your headcount, your counter and your water.
CrownFlow BC
You want boiling and chilled water on the worktop, and do not need sparkling.
CrownFlow CA
You do not need boiling water, and want chilled and ambient with the lowest power draw.
CrownFlow BCS
You want sparkling as well, and larger tanks: 3 L boiling and 2.5 L chilled.
RoyalFlow BCS Smart Tap
You want boiling, chilled and sparkling from a tap on the sink, with the unit under the counter.
BRITA Top Pro
You have a larger or busier site, up to 100 regular users, and want a BRITA unit.
Installation and servicing
The unit measures 330 × 420 × 420 mm and sits on a worktop. It needs a mains water connection and a power supply. The datasheet's scope of supply lists the CrownFlow BC counter dispenser, the 1.5 litre boiling and 2 litre chilled capacity, the built-in UV module, the touch-button interface and the efficiency controller.
A Sovereign treatment system and a Comprehensive Maintenance plan are optional extras. We confirm the layout, the power point and the water connection at survey. The survey is chargeable and is credited back if you go ahead.
The unit carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Sovereign Water supplies, fits and services it.
CrownFlow BC Counter Dispenser questions answered
What is the CrownFlow BC?
A compact countertop dispenser for instant boiling and chilled filtered water, with a built-in UV module and a touch-button interface.
What does BC stand for?
Boiling and chilled: the two water types the unit gives.
How much boiling and chilled water can it supply?
The boiling tank holds 1.5 litres and is rated for 75 cups an hour. The chilled tank holds 2 litres and is rated for 100 cups an hour.
Does it replace a kettle?
It gives instant boiling water on demand from the 1.5 litre tank, so many sites no longer need one. Check your peak use against the 75 cups an hour rating.
Does it give sparkling water?
No. For sparkling, see the CrownFlow BCS or the CrownFlow BCSA.
How big is it?
330 × 420 × 420 mm (width × depth × height).
How much power does it use?
The hot side is 0.5 kW and the cold side is 0.1 kW, so 0.6 kW in total, on AC 110/220 V at 50/60 Hz. An efficiency controller powers the unit down when it is idle.
Does it have UV?
Yes. A UV module is built in, for added water hygiene at the point of dispense.
Does it need water treatment?
Treatment is optional and sold separately. A Sovereign treatment system can be tailored to your local water, including reverse osmosis options.
What warranty does it have?
One year, from the manufacturer. You can add a Comprehensive Maintenance plan.
Do you supply, fit and service it?
Yes. We supply it, fit it and service it. The survey is chargeable and is credited back if you go ahead.

Supplied, installed and serviced across the UK
Across most of southern and eastern England, mains water is very hard. Rain filtering through chalk and limestone dissolves calcium and magnesium, and that scale coats heating elements, so we size every system to your supply and your equipment.
Tell us about your site and what you need the water for. We specify the system, fit it and keep it running under Comprehensive Maintenance.
