Commercial boiling water taps for UK workplaces.
An instant boiling water tap gives hot water on demand, with no kettle and no queue. Our range adds chilled and sparkling from the same spout. Every tap runs from the mains and is filtered at the point of use, and we supply, install and service them across the UK.
- Mains-fed, no kettle queue
- Sized to your headcount at survey
- Installed and serviced by our own engineers

Sovereign systems installed with the world's largest clients

What changes on day one.
No kettle queue
Boiling water the moment someone wants it. The 11am rush at the kettle disappears.
Chilled and sparkling too
The same tap gives filtered chilled and sparkling water, so there are no bottles to order or store.
A clearer kitchen
On the RoyalFlow the working unit sits in the cabinet under the counter. On the worktop there is only the tap.
One supplier
We survey, install, commission and service, so there is one number to call.
Which boiling tap for which site.
Start with how many people use one dispense point, and when. A kitchen that fills up at lunch needs more capacity than one used steadily through the day.

Busy office or front of house
The RoyalFlow BCS has a 3 litre boiling tank rated at 125 cups an hour, and a 2.5 litre chilled tank rated at 100. The BRITA Extra C-Tap suits 20 to 100 people where instant hot up to 95 degrees is enough.
- 03
Large or high-footfall site
When one tap will not keep up, a Monarch water station serves 180 to 200 people. Or we specify more than one tap, rather than overworking one.
Boiling, chilled and sparkling: what each tap gives.
Capacity figures are the rated figures from each product’s datasheet.

A boiling tap is a long-term fixture in your kitchen. These are the questions worth putting to us, and to anyone else you ask.
- Is it specified for commercial use? Home and workplace units are built for different usage. Check the unit and its warranty are right for a workplace.
- What capacity does it have? Look for the rated cups an hour or the number of people it serves, then compare that to your busiest hour.
- Does it filter the water? Ask where the water is filtered, whether there is UV, and who changes the cartridges and when.
- Who services it? Ask about planned visits and call-out. Ours are on a maintenance plan, from every 3 months.
- What does installation need? A cold water supply, a power socket and room under the counter. A survey confirms it before anything is ordered.
- Can you buy, lease or rent? Compare the options side by side, quoted for your site rather than a list price.

Surveyed, installed, commissioned, maintained.
- 01
Site survey
We look at your incoming water supply, the space under the counter, the power supply and how many people the point has to serve. That decides the specification, not a catalogue. The survey is a chargeable visit, credited against your order if you go ahead.
- 02
Installation
Our engineers plumb in the unit, fit the tap and connect the filtration. Most single-point installations are completed in a day.
- 03
Commissioning
We flush and sanitise the system, set the temperatures and dispense volumes, and show your team how to use it before we leave.
- 04
Ongoing servicing
Planned filter changes and performance checks under our maintenance plans, so the tap keeps performing and the warranty stays intact.
Commercial boiling water tap questions.
What is an instant boiling water tap?
A tap that gives boiling water on demand from a heated tank, so there is no kettle to fill and no queue. In our range the same tap can also give chilled and sparkling water, all filtered at the point of use.
Can one tap give boiling, chilled and sparkling water?
Yes. The RoyalFlow S1 and C1 give boiling, chilled, sparkling and ambient from one tap, and the CrownFlow BCS and BCSA builds give boiling, chilled and sparkling. The BRITA Extra C-Tap gives instant hot water up to 95 degrees, plus chilled and sparkling.
Is a boiling water tap suitable for a busy workplace?
Yes, if it is sized to the site. The RoyalFlow BCS unit has a 3 litre boiling tank rated at 125 cups an hour. The BRITA Extra C-Tap is rated for 20 to 100 people. For larger sites a Monarch water station serves 180 to 200 people.
How do I size a boiling tap for my team?
Start with headcount and the busiest hour, such as the morning rush or the post-lunch round. Each unit is rated in cups an hour or in people served. Where one tap is not enough we specify more than one, rather than overworking one. The survey settles it.
Do boiling water taps need filters, and who changes them?
Every tap here filters the water at the point of use, and CrownFlow adds a built-in UV module. Cartridges are changed on a schedule set at the survey, and our maintenance plans run planned service visits from every 3 months, so the manufacturer warranty stays valid.
Can we buy, lease or rent a commercial boiling water tap?
Yes. You can buy outright, lease or rent. Every price is on application and quoted per site, so we can set the options side by side once we know the headcount, the water and where it is going.
Is a home boiling tap fine for an office?
Not necessarily. Home and workplace units are built for different usage. Ask any supplier whether the unit is specified for commercial use and what warranty applies in a workplace. Our RoyalFlow commercial unit is the high-capacity version, built for continuous busy-site use.
Tell us about your site.
Send us the basics: how many people, and what the space looks like. An engineer will come back with a specification and a quote. Site surveys are chargeable, and the fee is credited against your order if you go ahead.
